Get a new gluten-free recipe every week!
I’ve been cooking all of my life, but I didn't always cook gluten-free. About 16 years ago, a member of my family was diagnosed as celiac, and I had to learn how to create delicious meals without gluten. It’s been an interesting journey—many recipes required no adjustment, some needed only minor tweaks, and others needed wholesale revision. Gluten-free baking especially was, and continues to be, a process of trial and error, as I learned which types of flour work best for a particular recipe.
My goal is to share what I’ve learned about gluten-free cooking by writing up recipes that are suitable for the casual home chef. Some will be very simple, easily made in minutes (fresh tomato salsa!), and others will require more effort (lasagna!). I include notes with details on my thoughts and methods, ingredients, and gluten-free products I like.
