So update on the recipe. Made it this weekend and it was so good and so quick and easy. One thing I did a little different was I removed the chicken skin and put the marinade right on the meat of the chicken. I then crisped up the skin separately but placing it on parchment on a cookie sheet, seasoning it and then putting another cookie sheet on top. cooked at the same time as the chicken. So at the end, I put the mushroom onion cream on top of the chicken thighs and then added the skin on top for more of a crunch.
Thank you very much for the update and feedback! First, I’m very happy you enjoyed it, and second, I like how you modified the recipe and made it your own.
Sounds delicious!
I have not made Dijon chicken in ages. I will try your recipe over the weekend ! Looks gorgeous.
Sounds and looks scrumptious!
I just pulled chicken thighs out of the freezer. This will be perfect for dinner tomorrow. Can’t wait to make it.
Wonderful, enjoy!
