Deborah, you are right that many of my recipes are suitable for cooks who don’t need to be gluten free. Many of my recipes have not been modified to make them GF—that’s just the way they are. Any of my pasta recipes can be made with regular pasta, as you observed. The recipes that may not always work with gluten are the baked goods, such as the banana bread or chocolate chip cookies, although I do use measure-for-measure GF flour mixes. I do recommend trying the chocolate cake recipe though!
